Winter Pruning is...Done!

Sun Apr 3rd at 3:15 PM
As some of you may know winter pruning is especially important for grape growth for the year ahead. With our vineyard now standing at approimatley 5,000 vines, winter pruning is no easy task!
With many of the vines looking similar to the example above from section A of the vineyard (established in 2011), this task is very complex one. However, with help from our trusty workforce of Ian, Neil Adrian and Jonathan, pruners in hand, they set out to get these vines back under control.
Two months later, the vineyard is pruned with every vine receiving individual attention. It's safe to say we are ready to have fruitful year in 2016, with more vines on their way to make Laurel Vines and ever expanding vineyard!
Snoopy seemed to be very happy that we had finished!
